What this is

Tascol may hold information about debts registered in your name within the past six years. Your Personal Information Record (PIR) provides a summary of these debts, including any insolvency details, and is issued upon request in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

By default, your report covers the last six years. If you require records beyond this period, please indicate this in your request.

As part of its role as a debt collection agency, Tascol may have received information about you related to debts lodged with us within the past six years.

Your Tascol Personal Information Record provides a summary of these debts, including any insolvency details we may hold. This information is disclosed upon request in accordance with Section 12.1 of the Australian Privacy Principles.

By default, your Personal Information Record will cover the past six years.

As the report is manually compiled by our team, processing times will vary based on the service option you select. The available options are detailed below:

Service Options

Priority Email Service – $25.00

We aim to return your PIR within 2 business hours of receiving your application. Processing times may vary.

Standard Email Service – Free

Your record will be emailed to you within 21 days of receiving your application.

Before you start

To request your Personal Information Record, you need:

A Mobile Phone – We will be sending a text message to your mobile number to confirm it’s yours.
A Personal Email Address – your Personal Information Record will be sent to the email you choose. It should not be a shared email address
Photo Identification – we will ask you to upload an image of your photo ID in support of your application. We accept:
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Personal Identification Card
- Australian or International Passport
- Working with Vulnerable People Card
- Other officially issued photo ID
A Payment Card – depending on your service selection (see above), our paid options will also need a means of payment. We accept:
- Mastercard or Visa
- Apple Pay (only available on some devices)
- Google Pay
