Managing your payments
Keeping your account up to date starts with understanding where things stand.
Through the Tascol portal, you can review your balance, check account details and see any recent activity, all in one place. This ensures you have a clear, accurate view of your account before taking the next step.
Making a payment
If you’re in a position to pay, you can do so securely by simply clicking Pay my bill. This will take you to the Australia Post payments section, where you’ll be asked to reference the number on your collection notice. Payments can be made in full, or in part to reduce your balance.
Once a payment is made, your account will be updated accordingly, helping move the matter toward resolution.
Setting up a payment plan
If paying in full isn’t possible right now, you may be able to arrange a payment plan.
Payment plans are designed to be realistic and manageable, allowing you to meet your obligations over time. You can set up a plan through the portal or by speaking with our team to discuss what works for your situation.
